Siem Reap is a little and nice city to walk then we would like to recommend to wondering around the Old Market quarter, and scroll along the riverside to see the Royal garden.

In the morning after having breakfast then we will exploration of the temples. Enter this last capital of the Khmer empire through the Southern Gate where giant carvings of gods and demons flank each side of the entrance. Inside this great city, explore the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace and Terrace of Leper King. Feel the serenity that exudes from the stone face carvings of the Bayon and temple walls covered in emerald-green moss intertwined with roots which many deem the most charming of all, Ta Prohm.

Lunch is Khmer style in a local restaurant. Regain your energy enjoying a sumptuous Khmer feast near Sras Srang, the Royal Pool of Ablutions, originally reserved for the King and his consorts. Enjoy a spread of great local food followed by a nap lazing in a hammock, or explore to see the traditional way of life and say hello to the Cambodians near here.

In the afternoon, you’ll head for the exploration to Angkor Wat, an architectural and artistic masterpiece of the mighty Khmer Empire. Sunset at Phnom Bakheng or Pre Rup paints the temple in an orange hue. Tonight you will enjoy dinner with Apsara show at local restaurant.

After having breakfast at the hotel, you’ll head to north-east of Siem Reap to see Beng Melea. This temple was built during the 12th century during the reign of Suryavarman II, at about the same time as Angkor Wat of which its layout and style closely mirror. However, Beng Melea is completely ruined and largely overrun by vegetation and competes with Ta Prohm for the “lost in the jungle” ambience. It is a tangle of trees, lichen-covered stones, broken towers and galleries. Many impressive sculptures are hidden among the rubble and the vegetation.
On the return way to Siem Reap will visit the great annual flood of Tonle Sap, we take a boat ride to the village of Kompong Phhluk on stilts. Explore this great ecosystem by way of canoeing and hear the calls of the macaque monkeys while observing the forest beneath the lake’s surface. We will see the Buddhist temple is standing on the island with some beautiful Buddhist life painting on the celling.

There are some 10 km of beach stretching the whole length of the town and dozens of small islands just a short boat ride away, which make for a perfect tropical getaway, with facilities for swimming, snorkeling or scuba diving. This free day will provide an opportunity for you to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy the various water sports on these beautiful beaches.
