Born in Chiang Rai, Thailand, Panich has been working in the tourism industry since 1986. His background in hotel management is both extensive and diverse, having worked in all of Thailand’s main ports. In 2010, Panich brought his in-depth industry knowledge and connections to STP Travel when he co-founded the company with Stefano Luppi. As Managing Director of STP Travel, Panich is primarily responsible for managing the contracts with hotels and suppliers across Thailand.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Thailand’s famous Kasetsart University, Kai spent 7 years as a Tour Administrator in the Group Department at Diethelm Travel, where she supervised a team of 5 junior staff. After spending 3 years as Secretary to the Egyptian Ambassador to Bangkok, Kai returned to the tourism industry when she took the role of Tour Supervisor in the Incentive and Convention department of Turismo Thai for 4 years. This was followed by 4 years each at East West Siam and Royal Silk Holidays, where she held the positions of Production Supervisor and Assistant to the General Manager, respectively. Since 2011, Kai has been with STP Travel as Quotations and Reservation Manager.
